Grant Services
Fees for most grant writing services range from $2,500 - $10,000, depending
on the services provided, complexity of the proposal and the length of time
we have to complete the assignment.

Grant Research
Customized grant research is avaliable for any project
concept. This may include keyword searches of our database of all federal
grant programs, as well
as surveys of state and local government sources. The fees usually ranges
from a flat fee, retainer agreements, not-to-exceed agreements, and a
hourly fee.

Program Plans
We will design program plans for human service projects or programs, on
an hourly or contract basis, depending on
the complexity of the assignment.

Consulting Services
We will help develop new non-profit business streams and help expand current
fee-for-service business opportunities on a hourly or contract basis.

Editing/Technical Assistance
Complete editing of client prepared proposals, as well as technical assistance
regarding the content, is avaliable on a hourly basis.

Coaching/Mentoring & Training
Coaching/mentoring services are avaliable for individuals. Fees range according
to client's needs.

1) Flat fee - For a flat fee assignment with a fee less
than $2,000, payment in full in advance is required. For flat fee assignments
with a fee greater than $2,000, a 50% deposit is required to start work,
and the other half is due prior to release of the final work product.
2) Retainer fee - Block of hours may be purchased, to
be used at a mutually agreed time and rate.
3) Not-to-exceed Agreement - A "not-to-exceed amount" is
set by mutual agreement to complete an assignment, or provide ongoing
assistance.
4) Hourly Fee - $150 per hour or mutually agreed upon
contract rate.
- Expenses
Expenses are billed at cost, plus 15%. Such service expenses may include
but are not limited, to overnight delivery services, copying, travel time
and per diem expenses.
